If you've been trying to get more glitter powder but aren't sure how, look no further. Here's how to get more.
Getting shiny powder
Now if you think you can just play some activities or do some rewards to get Bright Dust, it's not that easy unfortunately. In Destiny 2, Bright Dust is a special reward and therefore requires a bit more effort to obtain. However, it doesn't necessarily require completing the most difficult content, so that's a good thing.
One way is by completing certain seasonal challenges that will reward Bright Dust. Open the Dashboard and navigate to the Quest tab. At the top, there will be a tab indicating the list of seasonal challenges to complete. Go through them all until you see Bright Dust as one of the rewards for a specific challenge. Some of these challenges are not necessarily difficult, but they may take a little time.
Currently, Season of the Lost has a total of 41 seasonal challenges that reward Bright Dust for completing them. That's more than half of all available seasonal challenges. Completing all of these will leave you with quite a bit of glitter powder to spend.
Special reward sources
Another way to get Bright Dust in Destiny 2 is to participate and complete special rewards during special seasonal events. For example, right now during the Dawning event, players can Complete Eva Levante's Weekly Holiday Rewards. and be rewarded with Bright Dust among other rewards as well. This is also the case for other seasonal special events as they progress.
Another source of special reward you can find Bright Dust in is certain levels in the Season Pass. While some of the Bright Dust in the Season Pass is free, others require purchasing the Season Pass to collect it.
Another great way to earn Bright Dust is by completing the weekly reward challenge for one or all of the activities in the playlist: Vanguard Strikes, Crucible, or Gambit. This is done by completing eight rewards for each activity on the playlist. Also, to complete eight rewards, you will have to collect the additional rewards offered by each playlist provider. Completing each of these will also reward you with some glitter powder.
