Godric the Grafted Phase 1
During the first phase Godric will attack with his weapon at a slow pace, these attacks are three to four hit combos, these attacks are slow and a patient roll can avoid the damage leaving time to counter. There are two main attacks you need to watch out for.
When Godric creates a whirlpool, this is his war ash and it will deal devastating damage, roll and time your dodges to use the invincibility frames. Most commonly Godric will slam his ax into the ground for a shock wave, this can be avoided by creating distance between him.
Godric the Grafted Phase 2
At half health, Godric will start screaming and enter his second phase. During this phase, he will have the same basic attack combo, but will normally use the dragon head now attached to his arm to breathe fire at you. The most common attack is a frontal fire breath that can be rolled using its invisibility frames to avoid.
Godric can also launch fireballs into the air that land with small explosions. Ranged attacks are highly valuable during this phase, as most of the dragon's effects can be avoided by keeping their distance.
